Certified translations are required when you are submitting official documents or any documents which requires the translation agency to declare that the translation is an accurate and true representation of the original document. These includes, but are not limited to documents submitted to government agencies (e.g. MOM, ICA), banks and also schools (e.g. private institutions and Universities).

Q: What is the difference between certified translation and notarized translation?
Certified translations certifies that the translation is an accurate and true representation of the original document, while notarized translations requires a notary public/certified lawyer to attest that the document is a Certified True Copy (for documents submitted to ICA, as per ICA’s official requirements.)
